GENERAL INFORMATION
Bristol Mountain provides ideal locations/venues for weddings, banquets, and conferences/business meetings. You will find a variety of both indoor and outdoor venues, included in a mountain setting. The Sunset Lodge is the preferred upscale facility for most venues but there are other facilities available.
We at Bristol Mountain will assist you in every way possible in making your planned event an absolute success!
Menus:
Our menus represent the more popular items. If you have a request, we will be delighted to prepare it for your party.
Extras for You:
Bristol Mountain will be glad to arrange floral, audio visual, music instrument, photography, and bakery arrangements for your party. Cost is determined by the items you select.
Room Rental:
Fees are based upon your group's total program
Patron Responsibility:
Patron assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance of their function. Patron will also assume full responsibility for any damages to any part of Bristol Mountain during patron’s event. Patron hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Operator, Bristol Mountain, against any and all claims, liabilities or costs arising out of negligence of patron, or any guest, invitees or agents of said patron.
Reservation Confirmation:
We require a guaranteed number of guests four days in advance of the event. The guaranteed number will be the amount you will be charged. We will prepare for 5 % over the guarantee. All food and beverage prices are subject to a 7.50% sales tax and a 18% service charge.
Billing:
If direct billing is desired, the form should be completed two weeks before the function date. If direct billing arrangements are not made, payment is due after the function by approved check, credit card, or cash.

Deposit = Confirmation
- $500.00 deposit confirms the wedding date and the room you have chosen.
- Balance is due the day of the wedding
